Help Therapy takes care of your billing. If you submit billing sheets manually, please send them weekly so our team can process your claims.
You can submit your billing in any of these ways:
- Online: Complete the online billing sheet.
- Email: Fill out one of the billing sheets attached to this article and send it to billing@helptherapy.com.
- Fax: Fill out one of the attached billing sheets and fax it to 858-244-0990.
If you plan to fill out a billing sheet yourself instead of using the online version, download the appropriate sheet from the attachments below.

If you use SimplePractice
You do not need to submit a weekly billing sheet for services entered in SimplePractice. Make sure each completed service has the correct date, CPT codes, and units, and that your note is complete and locked so our team can process the billing.
