Which Health Plans Can Access My CAQH Profile?
CAQH DataSpring (formerly CAQH ProView) lets participating health plans and other authorized organizations access a provider’s professional information for credentialing. Access depends on the organizations participating in CAQH and the authorization settings on your profile. A list of insurers that support electronic eligibility, claims, or remittance transactions does not tell you which organizations use or can view your CAQH profile.
Sign in to your CAQH profile to review the organizations with access and any authorization settings. Keep your professional information and documents current, and complete reattestation when CAQH prompts you. If a health plan asks for information outside CAQH, follow that plan’s instructions and let Help Therapy’s credentialing team know if the request affects your enrollment with us.
