Once you click transactions, below is what you see. And just like the process in Income Allocation, you have to update Stripe Payment trcaker with the net amount and Fee (Stripe Fee).
Just look for the patient that you added in the tracker and changed Invoice Sent to Patient Status to Paid by patient status.
Log in to Stripe using your credentials. Please note the Stripe will ask for an Authentication Code during log in and when transferring funds for the first time of the day.
Once logged in, go to Connected Accounts and look for the provider you will be transferring funds to.
To transfer funds to provider, click add funds, and input correct amount to deposit.
Please note that the amount to deposit should be the Net Paid, not the actual amount paid by the patient.
Email provider once transfer is successful. Template to be used in FD is Patient Payments- Simple Practice.
Update the tracker as well, from paid to Patient to Transfer Funds to Provider.
Continue doing the same process for all other payments you need to transfer.
